1.设备概述
1.1光學部份 Optical Part:
采用专业微分干涉光学头；Professional differential interference optical head is used.

明/暗场光路及高倍率物镜观察；Light path and high power objective lens observation;
配有LED表面光及底部光；It is equipped with LED surface light and bottom light.
1.2主機部份Host part:
由花岗岩制成的测量平台和大理石龙门式结构，大理石与底座之间有四个防震垫，达到防震效果。高精度手工打磨导轨，最大承载工件重量：50 Kg. The measuring platform made of granite and the marble gantry structure have four cushions between the marble and the base to achieve the anti-seismic effect. 4. 环境要求Environmental requirements
（1）仪器放置的工作桌面需牢固、可靠、不得摇晃（由供应商提供）；The working table for the instrument should be firm, reliable and not shake (provided by the supplier);
（2）放置地点需远离各种震源（放置地点不会有影响，机器本身有防震垫，只要不是在震感十分明显的震源附近，就没有问题）；The location should be far away from all kinds of seismic sources (the location will not affect, the machine itself has shock pads, as long as it is not near the source with obvious earthquake
（3）环境温度保持在20℃~25℃，相对湿度≤75%；The ambient temperature is maintained at 20 ~25 C, and the relative humidity is less than 75%.
（4）放置环境应该优于国际8级无尘室标准Placement environment should be superior to the International Class 8 Dustproof Room Standard.；
（5）供电电源必须有电阻≤4Ω的接地保护The power supply must have grounding protection with resistance less than 4；
（6）设备需接220V±10%（AC） 50Hz 设备对水、气没有要求The equipment needs to be connected to 220V+10%(AC) 50Hz equipment, which has no requirement for water and gas.。
