1.设备概述
1.1光學部份 Optical Part:
采用专业微分干涉光学头；Professional differential interference optical head is used.
多层镀膜技术保证清晰度；Multilayer coating technology ensures clarity.
明光路及高倍率物镜观察；Light path and high power objective lens observation;
配有LED表面光及底部光；It is equipped with LED surface light and bottom light.
1.2主機部份Host part:
由花岗岩制成的测量平台和大理石龙门式结构，大理石与底座之间有四个防震垫，达到防震效果。高精度手工打磨导轨，最大承载工件重量：50 Kg. The measuring platform made of granite and the marble gantry structure have four cushions between the marble and the base to achieve the anti-seismic effect. High precision manual grinding guide rail, maximum load-bearing workpiece weight: 50 Kg.t

Z-axis: 200 mm
Z轴最小移动精度为0.1μm。
整机运行无需水、气，要求220V电压。
